Hi there! We’re Jasmine and Karl, the hearts behind Farm & Folk. Our journey together began when I was just 19 and Karl was 22. We met at church, and within a year, we were married and welcoming our first baby girl, Nalu, into the world. Nalu wasn’t planned, but God’s timing is always perfect.
Our first two years of marriage were a whirlwind. We had to grow up fast, adjusting to both marriage and parenthood at such a young age. We struggled, as most couples do, especially with all the challenges life threw at us. But through it all, God was working on our hearts. He showed us that embracing traditional and biblical roles could not only save our marriage but help it thrive.
For me, that meant softening my heart, learning to be more submissive, and focusing on nurturing our family. I took on the role of caring for our baby, cooking meals, and supporting Karl as his helper. This might sound old-fashioned to some, but trust me, Karl’s job is far from easy. He works tirelessly to provide for us, taking care of everything from the finances to fixing broken pipes, mowing the lawn, and making sure our home runs smoothly. We truly operate as a team, and this balance works perfectly for us.
How God Led Us to Social Media
In 2022, I felt a nudge from God to start my social media account, @jasminedinis. I wasn’t sure what to post at first, so one morning, I prayed and asked God what He wanted me to share. His answer was clear: motherhood. I followed His lead, and within a week, my account had grown to over 10,000 followers, and one of my videos had over 5 million views! That’s when I knew this journey was God-ordained. He spoke, I listened, and He provided.
Since then, I’ve continued to share about motherhood, traditional marriage, cooking, and more, and my account has now grown to over 200,000 followers. It’s been such a blessing to connect with so many of you, to share our lives online, and to encourage others to slow down, love the Lord, and embrace the beauty of parenthood and marriage.

This year, we felt another calling—one that would allow us to combine our passions and share them with a wider community. That’s how Farm & Folk was born. For us, this isn’t just a business; it’s an extension of the life we live every day. We’ve poured our hearts into creating products that reflect our love for traditional living, quality craftsmanship, and the simple joys of homemaking.
